Just had a new bathroom suite installed as part of a loft conversion. I had some challenges around the waste pipe. Tony addressed the issue with ease. He is now my "go to" person when it comes to plumbing. Also, Its worth highlighting that he operates with integrity and honesty. Characteristics that are unfortunately pretty rare nowadays. Contacted Field Plumbing Services on recommendation after an overnight water leak was discovered in our upstairs bathroom. The engineer (Tony) was able to fit us in that day between jobs. He was even kind enough to give me the heads up when he was leaving the previous job.

A full, thorough and methodical assessment was completed which established that the water leak was actually the result of a failed valve at the back of the sink unit (not the toilet as was initially first believed). The valve was replaced there and then.

Invoice sent out via email the following day with bank transfer details making payment incredibly easy.
